Who We Supply
Our production planning is built around B2B orders that require approved specifications, sample-to-bulk consistency, controlled size and color assortments, private-label execution and export-ready packing.
OEM & Private Label Sweater Development
Custom sweater development can start from a tech pack, drawing, reference image or physical garment. Before sampling, we review yarn, gauge, knit construction, measurements, fit, color, branding, trims and packing so that the sample is built against a usable bulk-production specification. View our Custom / OEM capabilities.
Commercial Order Parameters
MOQ and timing are influenced by yarn availability, color development, gauge, stitch complexity, trims, finishing, packing and production season. These figures are practical planning references; final terms are confirmed after the specification is reviewed.
How Sweaters Move Through Production
Production is organized around the approved specification and sample rather than a generic process sheet. Core work covers yarn preparation, knit programming, flat knitting, linking and assembly, washing and finishing, measurement, pressing, inspection and packing. Selected specialized processes or peak-capacity work can be coordinated with qualified production partners when required. View our Manufacturing process.
Yarn Preparation & Knit Programming
Yarn, color and trims are checked against the approved order requirements. Knit programs are then prepared around the specified gauge, stitch structure, panel dimensions and pattern placement before production knitting begins.
Computerized Flat Knitting
Sweater panels are knitted to the programmed construction. First-piece checks focus on stitch appearance, dimensions, pattern position and obvious knitting defects before larger-volume production continues.
Linking, Assembly & Trims
Knitted panels are linked and assembled with attention to seam appearance, elasticity, panel alignment and garment shape. Buttons, zippers, labels and other trims are applied to the approved position and specification.
Washing, Finishing & Pressing
Garments move through the appropriate washing, drying, shaping and pressing process for the selected yarn and construction. Measurements and appearance are checked after finishing because wash and relaxation can affect final dimensions and hand feel.
Quality Control for Sample-to-Bulk Consistency
Bulk consistency depends on control points before, during and after knitting. Checks cover incoming yarn and trims, first-piece approval, knitting and assembly, post-finishing measurements, appearance, branding, packing and final shipment preparation. View our Quality Inspection process.
How We Reduce Sourcing Risk
Most sweater sourcing problems begin with unclear specifications, uncontrolled changes or differences between the approved sample and bulk production. We use defined approval points to reduce those risks before they become shipment problems.
What We Need for an Accurate Sweater Quote
A sweater cannot be costed accurately from a photo alone when the yarn, gauge, construction, measurements or trim specification is still open. More complete information allows us to review feasibility, MOQ, sampling and lead time with fewer assumptions.
From Inquiry to Bulk Shipment
A defined approval sequence keeps commercial decisions, product development and production control separate. This is especially important for new yarns, custom fits, jacquard or intarsia artwork, branded trims and repeat private-label programs.
