Plan Branding Around the Sweater Design
Knitvella Sweater supports apparel brands, private-label buyers, importers and wholesalers with logo and branding development for OEM sweaters. Options include embroidery, jacquard, intarsia and woven brand labels, subject to the artwork, yarn and garment construction.
Branding should be reviewed before sampling because its size, position and method can affect knitting or assembly. A small embroidered chest logo, a knitted graphic and an inside-neck label require different specifications. We assess the proposed execution alongside the sweater design rather than treating every logo as the same application.
Provide Usable Artwork and Placement Instructions
Please supply a clear artwork file, required dimensions, colors and placement reference. Vector artwork is helpful where available; a low-resolution image may require clarification before development.
Placement instructions should identify the reference point, such as the neckline, center front or hem. State whether the logo size remains fixed across the size range or needs adjustment. For repeat orders, provide the previously approved artwork and sample reference so revisions are not introduced unintentionally.
Choose Embroidery or Knitted Branding
Embroidery can provide a distinct logo detail on the selected garment area. Stitch coverage, lettering size and the underlying knit need review to avoid an overly heavy or distorted result. Fine details may require adjustment, particularly on textured or open constructions.
Jacquard and intarsia incorporate the artwork into the knitted structure. Their suitability depends on graphic scale, color arrangement and construction. Small lettering or intricate outlines may not reproduce clearly at the chosen gauge. Our color and pattern customization review helps establish a workable knitted version of the artwork.
Coordinate Labels and Supporting Brand Details
A woven main label can identify the brand inside the garment, while size and care labels carry separate product information. Label dimensions, fold type and attachment position should be confirmed so they suit the neckline or seam construction.
Through labels and hangtags, buyers can coordinate approved brand files with hangtags and product identification. Packaging artwork should also use the current logo version. Barcode data, label wording and any material claims need buyer confirmation before printing or application.
Approve the Logo on the Relevant Sample
Artwork approval alone does not confirm the finished result. Review the physical application for dimensions, color, placement, legibility and its effect on the surrounding knit. Where washing and finishing affect appearance, the sample should reflect the intended process.
Logo development is coordinated with sample development. Standard custom samples typically take about 7–12 days; more involved artwork or construction may require around 10–15 days. Required revisions are recorded before the branding reference is released for bulk production.
Review Cost, MOQ and Bulk Checks
Logo dimensions, stitch coverage, color count and application method affect development and production costs. Labels and branded packaging may also involve separate sourcing minimums. Standard sweater OEM MOQ is typically around 300–500 pieces per style and color, with final requirements confirmed after review.
Bulk checks compare logo appearance, position and label application against the approved reference. Artwork changes after knitting, embroidery or printing begins require review for their effect on materials, cost and delivery.
Send Your Branding Requirements
Send your artwork, sweater reference, logo dimensions, placement instructions, colors and quantity breakdown. Include label and packaging files where available, together with the target shipment date, so we can review the complete branding requirements before quotation.
