Packing Against the Approved Order Requirements
Knitvella Sweater prepares OEM, private-label and wholesale orders for shipment according to the confirmed packing specification. Requirements may include individual bags, garment labels, hangtags, barcodes, size assortments, inner packing, master cartons and carton marks.
Packing instructions should be confirmed before materials are ordered or printed. Buyers supplying multiple stores, distributors or fulfillment locations should provide their packout requirements early. Changes to labels, assortments or carton quantities near shipment can require repacking and affect the delivery schedule.
Garment Folding and Individual Packing
Sweaters are prepared for packing after the required finishing and inspection stages. Folding should suit the garment construction, with attention to neckline shape, bulky ribs, buttons, zippers and raised decorative details.
Individual polybags can be arranged, including printed or recycled-material options where specified. Bag dimensions and garment presentation need confirmation against the finished sweater rather than a generic packing size. Our packaging and retail preparation service covers these buyer-specific details.
Packing helps protect garments during handling, but it does not replace suitable storage and transport conditions.
Labels, Barcodes and Size Assortments
Main labels, size labels, care labels and hangtags are checked against approved files and garment requirements. Where barcodes or SKU stickers are required, buyers should provide the correct data and placement instructions.
Color and size quantities are matched to the confirmed order breakdown. Mixed-size cartons, single-size cartons or destination-specific assortments should be clearly defined before packing begins. A correct total quantity does not resolve an incorrect size ratio, so assortment checks form a separate part of order preparation.
Master Cartons and Shipping Marks
Carton dimensions and packing quantities are reviewed against the folded garments and agreed packout. Overfilled cartons can compress sweaters, while unnecessary empty space can allow movement and increase shipping volume.
Carton marks follow the buyer-approved format. Details may include purchase order references, style identification, color or size information, quantities and carton numbering. Any required inner packing is included in the specification.
Buyers should confirm carton requirements with their receiving warehouse or logistics provider. Packing arrangements must also account for the selected shipping method and expected handling.
Final Checks Before Shipment Release
Before shipment, checks cover garment quantities, size and color assortments, labels, bags, carton marks and packing condition. Final inspection requirements should be scheduled with enough time to review findings and complete any necessary corrections.
Our quality inspection process supports checks against the approved order reference. AQL-based inspection and third-party inspection can be coordinated when required. Packing completion alone does not indicate that an order has received final shipment approval.
Export Terms and Freight Coordination
EXW, FOB and CIF can be arranged. DDP may be discussed through qualified forwarders where feasible, subject to the destination and shipment requirements. Shanghai is the primary export port, with Ningbo-Zhoushan available according to freight planning.
Commercial invoice and packing-list details are checked against the confirmed order and shipment information. Buyers should identify any destination-specific documentation or receiving requirements early. Production lead time and freight transit time are separate, so a target arrival date requires both schedules to be reviewed.
Send your packing instructions, quantity breakdown, label files, destination, preferred trade term and target shipment date so packing materials and export preparation can be planned with the order.
